When the young woman reacted with legitimate anger, the 31-year-old downplayed the gesture and replied that it was just a “joke”. His mother was also with him, who immediately took his side. A heated argument arose against her girlfriend, and when the man’s mother realized that the young woman had photographed them, she invited her – with a defiant attitude – to file a complaint with the police. And she added: «You should be happy that you were touched by a handsome man».
The 22-year-old actually turned to the police and, after the investigation by the Flying Squad, the man was today arrested for sexual assault by the officers, in execution of a precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Pescara, at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office.
