Movement that brings together five major infrastructure groups in the country – EcoRodovias, CCR, Ultracargo, Santos Brasil and Rumo -, MoveInfra joined other entities to repel the attack on the Three Powers of Sunday (8) in the Federal District, and claims that the government , opposition, institutions, political and business leaders, in addition to civil society, need to assume their responsibilities and return to democratic normality after criminal episodes.

In a note, the companies said it was “imperative” to seek national conciliation and strengthen the country without radicalizations, noting that these attributes are also indispensable for attracting investments and the resumption of sustainable growth.

“MoveInfra, a business movement that brings together the five main infrastructure groups in Brazil, repudiates with the utmost vehemence the criminal acts that horrified the country this Sunday (1/8). Scenes of contempt for democracy, barbarism against institutions and depredation of public property deserve a profound rejection”, says the note, in which MoveInfra points out that it is necessary today to reaffirm the “unequivocal” commitment to the values ​​of the Rule of Law. “The current movement demands serenity.”

The business movement also highlights that Brazil “can and wants to prosper more”, citing the correction of inequalities, the improvement of services and the reduction of costs in the productive sector.

“Taking advantage of the opportunities offered by a country with our characteristics: continental territory, dynamic and thriving market, abundant natural resources, hardworking and creative people, vibrant democracy, institutional solidity. That we know how to rescue and strengthen our virtues, in harmony, without radicalization”, concluded the companies.
