The moving average of deaths from Covid-19, which considers the last seven days, has been for two with an indicator above 200, according to data from the National Council of Health Secretaries (Conass). This Monday (11), the index stood at 246 – the third consecutive day of increase.
The mark of more than 200 deaths per day has been since June 28, when the average reached 208.
The number released today also indicates a 59.7% increase in the floating indicator of deaths. A month ago, the average number of deaths per day was 154.
Regarding the moving average of cases, the Conass panel scored 57,798 this Monday, an increase of 38.9% in a month. For comparison purposes, on June 11 the indicator was 41,724.
In the last 24 hours, states reported 148 fatalities from Covid-19 and 44,043 new infections.
With this, since the beginning of the pandemic, in March 2020, the country has added 673,758 deaths from the disease and 32,940,507 infections by the coronavirus.
