Regarding the allegation of the process that indicated fraudulent financial transactions and even an illicit aircraft, the composer’s defense document alleges that the MP highlighted that there is evidence of the legal origin of all suspicious values .
Still according to the MP, “the mere seizure of these values in the company’s safe, devoid of information indicating their origin, does not imply the conclusion that they come from illegal games by Esportes Entretenimento Promoção de Eventos and Pix 365 Soluções Tecnológicas” states the opinion.
The petition also mentions an explicit excerpt from the prosecutors’ analysis that highlights Gusttavo Lima’s supposed innocence, “does not indicate illegality that constitutes a crime of money laundering”, points out the MP’s opinion.
The singer’s lawyers spoke out in a statement. “The defense of singer Gusttavo Lima informs that the opinion issued by the Public Ministry of the State of Pernambuco on the Integration operation reflects the conviction that the artist and his companies have not committed any crime of money laundering, criminal organization or exploitation of illegal gaming” .

The case of the country star is an unfolding of the Integration operationtriggered at the beginning of September, which culminated in 19 arrest warrants and 24 search and seizure warrants in five states.
