Shortly before 5am, Moore, Vice President of the Republican Conference of the House, appears to be sleeping during a marathon meeting of the Ways and Means Committee where they were discussing changes in taxation, core of Donald Trump’s bill. MP Michelle Fischbach, sitting next to him, had to scare him to wake him up, causing a short laugh by Moore.
