MSC’s round-the-world cruise starts in 2024: 121 days to 52 destinations

A 121-day journey to 52 destinations in 31 countrieshere is the new one MSC World Cruise 2024the MSC Cruises around the world cruise for which Reservations have just been opened and the itinerary has just been unveiled: decidedly dreamy, it goes from the Mediterranean to the Tropics and then South and North America, crossing the Pacific and Atlantic to reach some of the most fascinating destinations on the planet.

The ship

MSC World Cruise 2024 will start on 5 January 2024, from Civitavecchia and Genoa. The journey is aboard the MSC Poesiaa very elegant ship with large and elegant cabins, excellent cuisine to try in Mediterranean and oriental restaurants, entertainment of all kinds ranging from the swimming pools to the Dinosaur Play Area for children (which also have a disco) and then the theater, gym and sports fields, the wellness center MSC Aurea Spa.

The itinerary

A real floating golden world where to stay between one stage and another of a tour that we all would like to do. It starts from the Mediterranean between France, Spain, Malta and Cyprus as well as Italywith also a stage from Haifa (Israel) for one night and – if desired – a Cairo during the stopover in Port Said / Alexandria, Egypt. After crossing the Suez Canal we then stop in two legendary cities of the ancient world: Luxorincluding an experience in Karnak, one of the largest ancient religious sites, and Petra, the mysterious rock city in Jordan. After an overnight a Jeddahin Saudi Arabia, we leave to dive into the turquoise sea of Zanzibar and discover its natural beauties such as the Jozani-Chwaka National Park populated by red-crowned monkeys, and then Port Victoria, capital of the Seychelles, before Reunion, another paradise rarely visited by cruise ships. The next stop is the South Africa, with Durban, Port Elizabeth and an overnight in Cape Townfrom where MSC Poesia will depart for South America.
