The singer Anita 31, could take home the trophy for TVZ Clip of the Year node Multishow Award for the seventh consecutive time. The 31st edition of the awards ceremony takes place on Tuesday (4) at Riocentro, located in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro, starting at 8:45 pm.
The voice of “Engage” and “Bellakeo” dispute with “A Thousand Times” which faces “Open letter” (MC Cabelinho ), “La Noche” (Yago Oproprio ), “The Sound” (Matue ), “Sacred Profane” (Luisa Sonza and Kayblack ) and “All” (Liniker ). Just like Hit of the Year, Show of the Year and Revelation of the Year, the TVZ Clip of the Year category will be decided by popular vote.
Owner of a remarkably strong fan base, Anitta doesn’t know what it’s like to leave a Multishow Award without the Clip of the Year trophy since 2017, when she competed with “Stop” and saw Luan Santana win with “Waking up the Building” . This was the fourth victory for the countryman, who had also already been awarded for “Waiting for you” , “Write It” and “Me, You, the Sea and Her” winning “On the Beat” , “Perfect Rhythm” and “Bang” respectively.
Since then, Anitta has won with:
- “Vai Malandra” (with MC Zaac, Maejor, Tropkillaz and DJ Yuri Martins), in 2018;

In addition to this category, Anitta is also competing for the awards for Artist of the Year, Album of the Year (“Funk Generation”), Cover of the Year (“Funk Generation”) and Funk of the Year (“Joga Pra Lua”, with Dennis DJ and Pedro Sampaio ). She is the biggest winner of the award — alongside Ivete Sangalo — with 20 wins and also holds the title of biggest nominee in the history of the award, with 60 nominations.
Tadeu Schmidt, Tatá Werneck and Kenya Sade will lead the awards ceremony that will be broadcast live on Multishow and will also be shown on TV Globo after the episode of “Mania de Você”. Check out the full list of nominees here.
