Murder of Alki: The apology of “Dinos” is in progress – A car for the knife in his car

As it became known, he allegedly denies his substantial involvement in the heinous crime, claiming that he did not abandon the vehicle and that he was unaware of the weapons carried by his co-accused – and already temporarily detained – nor of the impending attack.

The investigator and the prosecutor will decide on his criminal treatment after the end of the apology, APE BPE reports.

Earlier, the 22-year-old was taken to the Single-Member Misdemeanor Court of Thessaloniki for the spontaneous procedure of possession of weapons, as after his delivery a knife was found in his car. The trial is set to begin next week, following a postponement requested by his lawyer, according to the same source.

In the meantime, two of Alkis’s friends who were with him at the time of the murder ambush, in the early hours of February 1, in the area of ​​Charilaou, were found in the investigator’s office early in the afternoon. According to information, one fell victim to the attack and was injured, while the other caught up and escaped.

The two young men were called to testify, describing the timeline of the deadly incident, always in accordance with the APE MPE. They will meet tomorrow morning against the 12 accused, as together with two others of the company of the unfortunate student they will be called, in a special area inside the Police Headquarters of the city, to recognize themin order to make clearer the involvement of everyone in the crime.
