Mushkin Gamma SSDs powered by Phison E18 controller achieve transfer rates up to 7175 MB / s

Along with the Delta series SSDs, Mushkin Enhanced MFG introduced the Gamma series. It includes 1 TB and 2 TB models. Like the Delta SSDs, these M.2 2280 drives feature PCIe Gen4 x4 and NVMe 1.3 support, but are based on the more powerful Phison E18 controller. Gamma drives are faster and more durable.

So, for the 1 TB model, the maximum sequential read speed is 7150 MB / s and the maximum sequential write speed is 5600 MB / s. Performance on operations with random access reaches 360,000 IOPS in read mode and 645,000 IOPS in write mode. The resource of this SSD is declared equal to 700 TBW.

The specifications for the 2TB drive have a maximum sequential read speed of 7175 MB / s and a maximum sequential write speed of 6800 MB / s. Performance on operations with random access in read mode reaches 640,000 IOPS, in write mode – 630,000 IOPS. The drive resource is declared equal to 1400 TBW.

As with the Delta series drives, these SSDs come with a five-year warranty.
