Mutify is an ad-blocking app for Spotify that is completely free and runs in the background.
Whenever Mutify detects that Spotify is playing an ad, it lowers the music volume to zero so you can relax and enjoy your favorite music without worrying about annoyingly loud Spotify ads.
Instruction:
- You MUST enable “Device Broadcast Status” in your Spotify settings for Mutify to work.
- Add Mutify to the exclusion list in the Battery Saver list to keep it running seamlessly in the background!
Functions:

- Buttons for manual mute/unmute.
- Control playback without leaving the application.
Disclaimer: Mutify does NOT block ads, it just mutes the volume on the device whenever an ad is detected. So it doesn’t interfere with your Spotify app and doesn’t ask you for any unnecessary permissions to work.
