The Spanish actress Nicole Wallace protagonist of “My Fault” (2023) alongside Gabriel Guevara reacted to the announcement of a new version of the film that will debut on Prime Video in 2025. The UK title will have Asha Banks and Matthew Broome like Nick and Noah.
“It’s obviously strange, because it’s been so fast, and we’re getting to the second and third [filme]but Asha is amazing. I’m very flattered that she’s playing Noah and I’m very happy to have someone who understands the entire fan base as well,” said the actress, in an interview with Deadline.
While a remake of “My Fault” is in development, the sequel to the Spanish version is about to premiere. “Your Fault” arrives on Prime Video later this year, on December 27th. Nicole also gave details about the plot to the portal.
The two films are based on the trilogy of Mercedes Ron . The first volume had a Portuguese version in June this year.
In the plot, Noah starts to live with his mother’s new boyfriend. With that, she meets his son, Nick. and there is an immediate attraction between the two. She must adapt to her new life, making new friends in Nick’s various circles and navigating a complicated relationship with him, all while struggling to keep their attraction under control.
In the second volume, they are finally together, after the adversities of “My Fault”, but the return of a vengeful ex-girlfriend and Nick’s mother, with dark intentions, will shake not only their relationship, but also the entire Leister family.
