With prices that are definitely not for all budgets, the available properties for sale in Mykonos attract the interest of both domestic and foreign investors, who are looking for good opportunities.

In the case of Mykonos, the interested buyer is most often asked to put his hand deep in his pocket. Indicative of this picture is the fact that among the properties that are scheduled to be put up for auction in the next period are two properties in Mykonos and more specifically an attempt will be made to sell for a gas station with the first offer price set at 1, 7 million euros as well as for a tourist accommodation with a starting price of 1.408 million euros.

On May 4, the electronic hammer for two two-storey houses on the island of the Winds is expected to strike once again with the first offer price falling to 1.408 million euros, an amount that corresponds to 80% of the initial starting price, which was at 1 , 76 million euros while Cepal Hellas is in a hurry.

The auction concerns a plot of land with a total area of 642 sq.m. at Vougli-Agios Nikolaos in the municipality of Mykonos, which is outside the city plan but within a zone in an area that is to be included in the plan.

Two two-storey buildings, auxiliary spaces and a swimming pool of 15 sq.m. have been constructed on this plot.
