“It seemed that everything was uncomputed and happened at the same time. I was nominated for a gynecologist who after doing an investigation diagnosed me with early menopause,” he told an interview with O Globo.
Still in testimony to the project “Menopause in five days”, Naiara explained that she did not seek the gynecologist immediately because she did not menstruate, so she did not imagine that she could be a gynecological problem. “Since I had not had menstruation for many years, I was not immediately to the gynecologist.”

After hormone replacement treatment, Azevedo now thinks of how he will realize the dream of becoming a mother. “What I did was treatment, hormone replacement. What bothered me was the fact that I couldn’t have a child in a natural way. I always had the dream of being a mother, and it worried a lot. It’s something I always talk to my gynecologist, it’s about doing treatment and then, perhaps, I can have a child naturally,” he added.
“Any change you have in the body, seek a doctor. […] Early menopause is not the end. I live very well with that, ”he concluded.
