Named cars whose owners will not buy a car of the same brand again

Analysts of the Avto.ru portal decided to study the loyalty of Russian car owners. According to the results of the study, they named the brands of cars that they do not buy a second time, as well as the brands that Russians most often choose when buying the next car.

It turned out that the owners of cars of the Japanese brands Mitsubishi and Nissan, the French brand Peugeot and the German Porsche have the least loyalty. Most of them, when choosing the next car, would rather take a model from another brand than remain loyal to this brand. Analysts attribute this primarily to the rapid rise in prices for Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot and Porsche cars in Russia. So, only in January of this year, new Porsche cars in the Russian market went up by 5% compared to December last year.

But experts called the owners of BMW cars the most devoted. They are more likely than others when choosing the next car in the new or secondary market to stop at the same German mark. Also, Russians who own Hyundai and its subsidiaries KIA have a high level of loyalty – every third of them remains loyal to these Korean brands when buying a new car. If we talk exclusively about the secondary market, then about every second owner of a BMW, LADA and Mercedes-Benz car chooses a model of the same brand as the next used car.
