Nando Reis is booed during concert after shouting “out, Bolsonaro”

During his participation in the Prime Rock Brasil festival, in the capital of Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, last Saturday (16), singer Nando Reis was booed after asking for the departure of President Jair Bolsonaro (PL).

Soon after the rapper Anarandá MC left the stage she shared with Nando, part of the audience began to shout against the president. The singer then made a speech “against what is happening”, adding “out, Bolsonaro”.

Afterwards, part of the audience starts booing the artist. “Whoever is booing is not getting anything,” says Nando. The singer followed the speech, appealing for peace, and resumed the show.

The moment reverberated this Tuesday (19), after public figures, such as pre-candidate for federal deputy Mario Frias and deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP), shared the excerpt on social media.

wanted by CNN, Nando Reis’s publicist stated that the videos were edited, that the boos came from a minority of the public and that he will not comment further on the matter.

This is not the first time the singer-songwriter has taken a political stand during his concerts. Recently, the moment in which Nando asked for “out, Bolsonaro”, during a presentation at the Turá Festival, in São Paulo, on the last day (3) also reverberated on the networks.
