The anime and manga “naruto ” will get a live action version in theaters. The production has been in development since 2015, but there is still no scheduled release date.
Production will be carried out by Lions Gate Entertainment and the script and direction are in charge of Destin Cretton who will also direct the next film in the “Avengers” saga, scheduled for 2026.
The animation tells the story of Naruto Uzumaki, a young ninja who intensely seeks to be recognized by his peers, making the ninja leader of his group.
The live action information was released exclusively this Friday (23) by The Hollywood Reporter magazine and confirmed, shortly afterwards, by the production company Lions Gate.
This will be another live action produced in recent times, adding to “Death Note”, “One Piece“, “Yu Yu Hakusho“, “Avatar: The Last Airbender“.
Most of these productions have been successful with anime fans due to the similarities with the original stories and the care taken to reproduce the characters and plots.
