Singer Nattanzinho was injured after throwing himself into the audience, in the early hours of Sunday (9), during his show at São João de Campina Grande, in Rio Grande do Norte.
The Ceará native was singing “Riacho do Navio”, a hit by Luiz Gonzaga, hanging from the railing that separated the audience from the stage when he decided to bypass the security guards and jump into the middle of the audience.
On Monday (10), before singing at the Festa dos Caminhoneiros in the city of Itabaiana, in Sergipe, the singer of “Amor na Praia” and “Tem Cabaré Essa Noite” spoke with the team that was broadcasting the event live and showed the bruise on his rib.
“Now I’m also throwing myself among the people”, joked Nattan. “Slap yourself in the face, my friend. But it’s good. We don’t feel it at the time, but we feel it later. At the time it’s just the energy. That’s what Nattanzinho is, he’s among the people and it will always be like that.”
The singer participated in São João de Campina Grande on Saturday (8), the same day that Felipe Amorim, Vicente Nery and Guilherme Dantas performed.
The date, as shown in a publication made by the singer from Ceará in partnership with the event on Instagram, brought together the largest audience in the history of the party. More than 73 thousand people were present at Parque do Povo in the city of Rio Grande do Norte.
The traditional party started on May 29th and has already welcomed names like Wesley Safadão and Gusttavo Lima. Check out the full event schedule here, which runs until June 30th.
