The Trump government is developing a plan to permanently relocate up to one million Palestinians from the Gaza Strip in Libya, according to a NBC News report on Friday, citing five people with knowledge of the subject. Citing two people with immediate knowledge and a former US official, the NBC also said the plan is being seriously examined, to the point that the US has already discussed it with the leadership of Libya. In return for the re -installation of the Palestinians, the government will release billions of dollars to Libya that the US had frozen more than a decade ago, according to the same medium.
