Nea Dimokratia refers to the “institutional turmoil that the country faced” under the SYRIZA government, commenting on an article by D. Papagelopoulos on the issue of EYP surveillance.
“The former Minister of SYRIZA, Mr. Papagelopoulos, who has been referred to a Special Court for abuse of power, with a UNANIMOUS decision of the Judicial Council, with today’s article, attempts to become an honoree by talking about a parastatal and links of power”, the party notes in a statement of the goverment.
As the ND characteristically mentions, “we do not know if SYRIZA had a more suitable person than Mr. Papagelopoulos to talk about a parastatal”, while concluding that he argues that “the only thing certain is that it reminds of the institutional upheaval that the country faced and what it left behind the governance of Mr. Tsipras.”
