Lawyer Tatiana Borsa, who was part of the defense team of comedian Dilson Alves da Silva Neto, known as Nego Di, was fired after a publication on social media celebrating the influencer’s release, last Wednesday night (27).
On the occasion, the professional published a photo making a toast in celebration with the comedian, in which the caption read: “How we waited to post this portrait”. The photo was deleted moments later.
From now on, Nego Di’s defense will be carried out exclusively by Camila Kersch.
In a note, the lawyer informed that the decision to fire Tatiana came from the comedian, who showed his “dissatisfaction with the unauthorized posting and her conduct following the negative repercussion of the fact.”
The comedian is prohibited from using the networks. He even had his Instagram profile deactivated.
The lawyer’s post may have violated the rules of Justice, which could complicate Nego Di’s situation, with a return to prison.
The comedian left the Canoas State Penitentiary (Pecan), in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre, after a decision by the Superior Court of Justice, which granted provisional release after 130 days in prison, on the night of last Wednesday (27).
The decision was given on a preliminary basis by Minister Reynaldo Soares da Fonseca and is valid until the judgment on the merits of the habeas corpus presented by the defense.
Nego Di had been in prison since July this year, being investigated for embezzlement. He is accused of deceiving more than 300 people who bought products through the “Tadizuera” virtual store, managed by him.
