Netanyahu on Macron: He made a serious mistake, in terms of accuracy and ethics

In a press conference with Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galand, Mr Benjamin Netanyahu answered a question about the words of the French president Emmanuel Macronwho said that Israel ‘must stop killing women and children in Gaza’. Netanyahu said Macron “made a serious mistake, in terms of precision and morality.”

“The one who prevents the evacuation of citizens is not Israel, it’s Hamas. The one who fired at the transit areas in the safe corridor is not Israel, it is Hamas … therefore, the responsibility for the evacuation is not Israel, it is Hamas,” the Israeli prime minister added.

For his part, Defense Minister Yoav Gallad also commented on the foreign leaders’ statements: “I want to say to all the European leaders who criticize us, that we will not be silent and we will not rest until we carry out our mission so that Hamas is defeated ».

It is recalled that on Friday (10/11) in an interview with the BBC French president says Israel must stop killing babies and women in Gaza.

He said there was “no justification” for the bombings, saying a ceasefire would benefit Israel.
