Netflix released this Tuesday (23) the official trailer for “Avatar: The Last Airbender”. The live-action adaptation of the anime about Aang's journey is Netflix's new series after the success of “One Piece”.
The series will feature actor Gordon Cormier as Aang, the last airbender, as he tries to master his techniques as the Avatar to control the other three elements. He is discovered by Katara (Kiawentiio) and Sokka (Ian Ousley), brothers from the Southern Water Tribe, who help Aang in his mission to save the world from firebenders.
There will be eight episodes of around an hour each. Also in the cast are Dallas Liu, Ken Leung, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee and Daniel Dae Kim.

“Avatar: The Last Airbender” is scheduled to arrive on Netflix on February 22.
