New auction aimed at the luxurious residence of D. Kontominas in Hydra

In recent years, companies and properties bearing the stamp of Dimitris Kontominas have been the target of auctions. During his long career, the versatile businessman left his own mark on the domestic business world, making “golden” deals that made history.

He was the creator of a multi-layered empire with a strong displacement in the business establishment, which consisted of innumerable companies with a presence in almost all sectors of economic activity: from the insurance and banking sector to the media, entertainment and winemaking, for sure is that he was not afraid to try his hand at many different projects, while taking on the risks of each investment.

In the process, he built an enviable real estate portfolio in Athens, Porto Heli and Hydra. The latter held a special place in the heart of Dimitris Kontominas while it is no coincidence that this island was chosen to perform the funeral procession for the late businessman who passed away about three months ago.

In Hydra, Dimitris Kontominas maintained two houses, one of which will be confronted with the electronic hammer on June 24.

The auction is directed against the company Trans-European Hellenic Investment Company, which was established in 1980 and is said to be located at 40.2 km of Attica, SEA 1 Mesogeion Street in Peania, at the same address as Demko SA, where the manager is Diev. appears to be the same as Demko’s manager.

The auction is accelerated by Eurobank while the amount for which the seizure was made amounts to 200,000 euros.

The luxurious house that “sees” in the port of Hydra

With the first offer price set at 2,055 million euros, this is a house, which is located on a hill and “sees” the port of Hydra as it is located above the School of Naval Trials.

According to the assessment report, this property consists of a plot of 363.14 sq.m., on which a luxury house has been erected, which is developed on three levels and includes six main rooms and ancillary areas.

As it is pointed out, the house is luxuriously reconstructed, has a total area of ​​453.21 sq.m. while it has an unobstructed view to the port of Hydra and presents easy pedestrian access.

On the first level, an area of ​​20.20 sq.m. there is a water tank. The second level, which has been expanded arbitrarily, has a final area of ​​main use of 220.22 sq.m. and consists of a living room next to the courtyard, large kitchen area, utility room, hallway, bathroom and four master bedrooms with vestibule as well as a large covered outdoor hallway.

It should be noted that this level for a large part does not have natural light due to the steep slope of the ground.

The third level, with an area of ​​227.74 sq.m., is overcrowded and consists of a living room, a dining room, a master bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom, two additional auxiliary rooms for hostels, a small storage room and an internal staircase leading to the lower floor.

It has wood floors, external wood frames, kitchen cabinets and bathrooms of luxury construction while for heating and cooling has been installed central air conditioning.

The external autopsy revealed that at least externally, the house is in excellent maintenance. It should be noted that on March 2, the electronic hammer sounded for another company of interests of Dimitris Kontominas, the Mediterra Winery, whose properties in Archanes, Heraklion, Crete passed to new owners for the price of 1,570,001 euros.
