New “Bloc” in Melon by a Court of Rome: invalid reservation of immigrants transferred to Albania

The Rome Court has decided not to ratify the detention of immigrants who come mainly from Egypt and Bangladesh and last Tuesday had been transferred to the two closed centers that Italy has set up in northern Albania. More specifically, six immigrants had already returned to Italy yesterday because they belong to vulnerable groups or have not yet become adult. The other forty -three, after tonight’s ruling by the Italian capital’s court, are expected to return in the next few hours. The Court of Appeal of Rome, at the same time, has ruled that the Court of Justice of the European Union must indicate how the safe countries of origin of immigrants are defined. Under this decision, forty -three asylum seekers will be transferred to Italy and released. Source: RES
