New branch of Pancreatia Bank in Patra With the arrival in the Achaean capital, Pancreatia Bank acquires a new branch in Patras as part of its business plan, which foresees, among other things, the development of its operations in the major urban centers of the country. Since July 18, the new store has been operating in a renovated building at 28 Agios Andreou Street and 37 Othonos – Amalias Street facing two central arteries of the city of Patras with intense commercial activity.
The store supports a 7-member team of experienced banking executives headed by Mrs. Theodora Karandrika. The new unit operates based on the upgraded service model applied by the Bank in its network which aims to effectively meet the modern needs of its customers and to provide the best possible banking experience, both for simple as well as for complex and specialized needs. For this purpose, separate spaces have been created inside the store that support on the one hand the traditional banking operations and on the other hand the possibility of self-service of the customer with digital means, while specialized staff provide advisory services even remotely via video conference.
In his statement at the opening of the new branch, the Bank’s CEO Mr. Antonis Bartholomeos said: “We aspire to build a new bank. A bank that is robust, modern, functional and ready to meet the challenges of the times. A REFERENCE bank for the average Greek, the small and medium-sized entrepreneur, the self-employed and the private individual. Our strategic goal is to strengthen our footprint in the rest of the country beyond the borders of Crete through the restructuring of our network of stores. In this context, we are starting the operation of our new store in order to serve an exceptionally dynamic market, such as that of Patras”.
