New CEO of MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture Mr. Harry Michael

The appointment of Mr. Harry Michael to the position of CEO was announced by MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture Limited.

MHV is the joint investment arm of Invel Real Estate, PRODEA Investments and YODA GROUP, which is mainly active in the field of high end hospitality and land development.

MHV’s portfolio consists of luxury hotel complexes and modern development projects in Cyprus and Greece. The company’s investment policy, which focuses mainly on the acquisition, development and operation of high quality hotel units, was recently sealed with the acquisition of the luxurious Parklane a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa in Limassol while MHV already has in its portfolio iconic units such as The Landmark Nicosia , Aphrodite Hills Resort and Nikki Beach in Porto Heli. In the field of land development, MHV owns projects such as the Park Tower in Limassol, the upcoming development of the Landmark Office Tower and Landmark Residential Tower in Nicosia and the housing units at the Aphrodite Hills Resort, while studying a significant number of projects in both industries mainly in the wider eastern Mediterranean.

Harris Michael, who has already taken office, is a manager in the tourism and business sector, with many years of experience through partnerships with leading groups such as Hilton and Marriott International.

Prior to taking over as CEO of MHV, he was CEO of Parklane a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa, and The Landmark Nicosia, and previously held senior positions in Hilton Group hotels. At the same time he serves as a member of the Board of Directors of various companies and organizations including: Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, The Cyprus Tourism Development Company Ltd, Parklane Hotels Limited, MHV Lifestyle Limited. He is also a member of the Pancyprian Hoteliers Association. He holds an MBA in International Business Administration and a BSc in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University, USA.
