New documentary about Celine Dion’s 40-year career

A new documentary is being prepared about her 40-year career Celine Dion under the direction of Oscar nominee Irene Taylor Brodsky.

Sony Music Entertainment, in collaboration with SME Canada and Vermilion Films, announced the launch of the film, noting that the documentary will focus on the unique and ugly moments of Celine Dion’s amazing 40-year career.

One of the highlights was when her song “My Heart Will Go On” in “The Titanic” became the best original song at the 1998 Oscars, which sold a record 250 million records worldwide.

“I believe that Irene will be able to show everyone a part of myself that they have never seen before.”

“I have always been an open book with my fans and with sensitivity and careful creativity, I believe that Irene will be able to show everyone a part of myself that they have never seen before… I know she will tell my story with the most honest and “Celine Dion has said in an interview as broadcast by the Athenian News Agency.

The Sony documentary is not the only film about life and career of the famous singer.

“Aline” is more than just a tribute to Celine Dion’s career. From the beginning titles, she admits that she is inspired by Dion’s life and is presented as a biographical film. It will be released in cinemas in early 2022. It made its first screening at the 74th Cannes Film Festival. It is directed by comedian Valerie Lemercier, who also stars in the role of a music star named “Aline Dieu”. She embodies Celine Dion at any age, starting at the age of 12 living with her large French-Canadian family and dreaming of becoming a singer.
