Eurobank Factors received new important international awards for its services for another year. Specifically, it won the second (2nd) position worldwide in the field of Export Factoring and the third (3rd) position in Europe in International Factoring (Export & Import), in the context of the relevant assessment by Factors Chain International (FCI), which is the representative Association for the factoring industry, worldwide, with a 50-year presence on the international scene.

The ranking results were announced during the FCI’s 54th Annual International Congress, held in Washington. The ranking among the more than 400 members of the FCI from 90 countries around the world, results from a vote among the members for the quality of the services provided and in combination with quantitative criteria. Among them are the annual volume of export and import business through the factoring correspondent network in question and the number of partners.

The CEO of Eurobank Factors, Mr. Giorgos Karagiannopoulos, said: “The consistency and know-how with which Eurobank Factors has consistently served the interests of Greek businesses with an international footprint, is recognized by the trust with which our clients surround us and is reflected in the continuous, important distinctions that we receive from bodies of international scope. The companies that support us, the experience and dedication of our staff and our international partners contribute decisively to this course, making it possible to exceed our goals.”

It is worth noting that despite the strong, international competition in the sector, Eurobank Factors, a 100% subsidiary of Eurobank, remains, consistently and systematically, in the first positions of the global ranking in this particular evaluation for the last 15 years, having even conquered, twice, the first (1st) position.
