The first results of testing the new MacBook Pro based on the Apple M1 Max SoC in the popular Geekbench test application confirmed that it is twice as fast as its predecessors on the Apple M1 in multi-core CPU performance. In the GPU test, the new product scored 68,870 points. For comparison, the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Apple M1 scored 20,581 points, while the Radeon Pro 5600M, which is equipped with the previous top-end MacBook Pro with Intel SoCs, scored 42,510 points.
New 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro laptops will go on sale shortly, the exact date will be announced later.
