Mitsubishi has announced its return to the B-segment of the European market after almost 10 years, showing the first image of the new generation Colt five-door hatchback.
The new Mitsubishi Colt, together with the Mitsubishi ASX, will join the company’s lineup in the European market, where so far only the Mitsubishi Space Star and Eclipse Cross PHEV models are represented.

The new Mitsubishi Colt will offer state-of-the-art technology and a wide range of powertrains, including several E-Tech hybrid versions. Production of the model will be launched at the Renault plant in Bursa in Turkey. Like the new generation ASX, the Colt will be built on the CMF-B platform of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance.
From 2004 to 2014, almost 404 thousand units of the latest generation of the model were sold on the European market, the production of which was also established in Europe.
Sales of the new Mitsubishi Colt will start in Europe in the fall of 2023.
