New Ghost Recon Game Celebrates 20th Anniversary

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Ghost Recon series, Ubisoft has unveiled a new game called Ghost Recon: Frontline, which will split 100 players into three squads and send them to Drakemoor Island.

The company talked about the main game mode “Expedition”, in which players fight each other, as well as search for important information and perform various tasks.

There are several character classes for different play styles that can be changed in the middle of the round, as well as customizable player characters. A huge map is promised with mountains and drylands, various attractions, as well as dynamic changes in weather and time of day. There will also be vehicles. The game will offer other modes with fewer players (teams of 9 will fight in Control).

Ubisoft plans to conduct closed testing of Frontline on PC from October 14-21. European users can register here. Minimum system requirements: AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or Intel Core i5-4460 processor, 8 GB of RAM, AMD Radeon RX 470 (4 GB) or Nvidia GeForce GTX 670/760/960 (4 GB), Windows 10.

Ghost Recon Frontline is coming to PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia and Amazon Luna with full cross-platform support on all platforms.
