Chinese insider Digital Chat Station has obtained exclusive information that the new iPhone, codenamed D85x, is already being tested with a 120 Hz screen, which is equipped with a small round cutout for the front camera.

Despite the fact that the iPhone 13 lineup just went on sale, rumors about the iPhone 14 are spreading at an alarming rate. The fact is that Apple only reduced the famous bangs in the iPhone 13, but did not abandon it, as previously expected. Now sources unanimously declare that the bangs will not be in the iPhone 14. True, some believe that only the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will receive a new design with a small front camera, while the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will retain the bangs.

This week Lin Enping, CEO of optical lens company Largan, announced that a breakthrough has occurred in optical technology. According to Mydrivers, Largan has technically solved the bang removal problem and is ready for mass production. Now it all depends on when Apple decides to switch to the new design.

As we previously reported, a survey conducted by JPMorgan Chase confirmed that the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max are the preferred models for users, with 50% of Android users wanting Apple’s new smartphones.

Previously, Digital Chat Station was the first to accurately report the characteristics and release dates of the Redmi K30 and Xiaomi Mi 10, and also regularly publishes information received from its own informants in the research and development departments of various companies.
