Apple has begun preparations for the start of sales in Russia of its new smartphones and tablets, which can be presented at a big spring event. This is evidenced by records found in the database of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).
The thematic resource Consomac drew attention to the documents. Three new variations of Apple smartphones marked A2595, A2783 and A2784, as well as many new Apple tablets – A2436, A2696, A2759, A2437, A2591, A2757, A2761 and A2766, have been certified by the ECE.
As usual, the ECE documentation does not give details about the devices. Nevertheless, obtaining certification indicates the approaching moment of the official announcement of the start of sales. For now, we can only assume that it will be the iPhone SE and iPad Air.
Regarding the iPhone SE, there are quite a few rumors of varying degrees of reliability. According to the latest data, the 2022 iPhone SE will retain the same design, but will receive an updated A15 SoC with 5G support. The iPad Air update will bring A15 SoC and Spotlight feature support.
