In this new unit, in addition to pizzas, customers can enjoy their own production masses, elaborated with Italian flour and rustic egg.
The suggestions, finished in the wood oven, follow the Ítalo New York kitchen booklet. Among the recipes appear the spaghetti with pork meatballs (R $ 69) and the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni (R $ 65) – A spicy version of the famous tomato sauce, sour cream and vodka.
Keep an eye on the The Iron Lasanha (R $ 79). It brings four thin layers of green dough interspersed with bolognese sauce. Once assembled, it is gratin with padano grena cheese in the wood oven.
Another exclusivity of this unit is the The Iron Burger (R $ 72), which promises to rival Rio’s best hamburgers. Successful and pinky, it takes 210 grams of a bovine rib blend, American cheese, cucumber pickles and a tempting oyster artist with otchup.
