Cenergy Holdings announced today that Hellenic Cables, its cable industry, is undertaking the execution of a number of new medium voltage interconnections with a total length of approximately 19 km. as a contractor of HEDNO.
It is a turnkey project which includes the production and supply of submarine cables, their accessories and components as well as the implementation of all relevant work of installation, protection and interconnection of submarine cables with its land network. ΔΕΔΔΗΕ. The relevant contract, lasting 15 months, was signed between HEDNO and Fulgor, which is a 100% subsidiary of Hellenic Cables.
The production of the cables will start soon and the implementation of the project, including their installation, is expected to be completed by May 2023. The cables will be manufactured at the state-of-the-art Hellenic Cables factory in Corinth.
