New Law in California: Mandatory Drink Protection Lids

A new law in California has entered into force this month, which requires the bars and nightclubs serving alcohol to have drinks for drinks, with the aim of preventing drug dedication. The “Assembly Bill 2375” law, filed by state -of -the -art MP Josh Lowenthal, received broad support from both businessmen and customers. Businesses are required to provide lids only if the customer requests them, but they must have them available. The law defines the lid as “a removable cover of any size that applies to the rim of the glass”. The choice of material is left at the discretion of the business.
