PwC Greece, responding to the trends of the new era, invests in innovative spaces that promote a flexible work experience for its people.
In a press conference held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at the Moxy Athens City hotel, it announced the lease of its new state-of-the-art offices in the Amarousi area. The high-level design, the principles of sustainability and well-being that are incorporated, make the building complex a new architectural point of reference, with the signature of the AS.P.A. architectural office. The development of the project, which will be completed in 2024, has been undertaken by DIMAND, one of the largest Greek real estate development companies, specializing in bioclimatic buildings.
DIMAND is going to erect a building with a total area of ​​22,550 sq.m. on a privately-owned plot of land that it recently acquired through its subsidiary, Insignio M.A.E. The property is located in a prime location, at 65 Kifissias Avenue, in Marousi, and it is going to be certified according to international LEED and WELL standards as it will meet all sustainability requirements.

Design of high architecture with a focus on the sustainability and well-being of people in the working environment by the signature of DIMAND
The complex will consist of two four-level buildings facing each other, with a total area of ​​22,550 sq.m. and will have underground parking and other auxiliary spaces.
An uncovered green space is being developed between the buildings, which will function as a core of social and recreational activities as well as a rest area for employees.
Special care has been taken for the lighting and ventilation in all work areas, while emphasis has also been placed on the acoustic study in order to achieve the ideal indoor conditions.
Gardens with Mediterranean vegetation are hosted in the open space and on the roof.
