New service from Piraeus Bank – The digital assistant of Winbank

Piraeus Bank is constantly enriching the innovative electronic banking services it provides through Winbank, utilizing new technologies for the continuous upgrade of its operating systems in order to comfortably and quickly meet the needs of its customers.

In this context, it is the only Bank in Greece that offers its customers a digital assistant (Winbank Virtual Assistant) that can automatically answer questions about the use of digital channels and the transactions that a customer can make on them. The user experience is significantly improved, as it receives answers directly within the environment of the digital channel it uses, without having to communicate via email or phone to seek an answer, and thus interrupt its navigation within Winbank.

Specifically, the Winbank Virtual Assistant digital assistant is available through:

– Winbank Web Banking: Can answer information and navigation issues related to transactions within Winbank Web Banking (eg how do I apply for a consumer loan) and direct the user with a link to the required page. The user has the ability to provide feedback on the answer of the digital assistant, so that his answers are improved to the next question.

– Winbank Web Banking: The digital assistant (Winbank Virtual Assistant) is available on the Login page of Winbank Web Banking, to facilitate new customers who have gained access to Winbank or even for issues related to their registration in Winbank with online registration, connection problems and general issues related to Winbank features.

– Winbank Mobile application: The digital assistant (Winbank Virtual Assistant) is also available in the Winbank Mobile application, to serve users with application issues, as well as for ATM queries (indicative, where is the nearest ATM while instructions are also offered go to the map), card movements, issuance of a new card, how to apply for a consumer loan and more.

The digital assistant is constantly trained in new answers and new topics, since all cases where the client considers that he did not receive a satisfactory answer are checked, in order to improve the quality of the answers.
