Lucy Laura, 34, is accused of attempting to steal the engagement ring of her brother’s fiancee. According to police, Laura allegedly told her 38 -year -old brother, Carlos Laura Diaz, to grab the 34 -year -old former partner’s ring during a strong conflict on Thursday morning. According to Nypost, Diaz allegedly grabbed the woman’s hand by trying to get her ring without success, but injuring her on the thumb.
