The woman apparently gave birth at dawn in the house where she lives with her parents and grandparents. Everyone says they didn’t realize she was pregnant. She alone would have also cut the umbilical cord. However, it would have been one of the women of the house, her great-grandmother, who noticed what had happened and raised the alarm.
To the Unione Sarda the words of the head of the Neonatal Intensive Care and Maternal and Infant Neonatology department of the Aou of Sassari, Dr. Maria Antonia Cossu: «The little one is fine, he arrived in our department around six in the morning.
