Google today unveiled a new generation of smart cameras and doorbells under the Nest brand.

The new lineup includes the first Google Nest Cam (battery) wireless camera, the first Nest Cam with floodlight, the second-generation wired Nest Cam and the Nest Doorbell (battery) wireless doorbell (battery).

Google Nest Cam (battery) can be used both indoors and outdoors, it is waterproof (IP57) and has a magnetic mount. It features a 2MP 130-degree camera, 6x digital zoom, 1080p video recording at 30fps and HDR night vision support. Improved detection of people, animals and parcels is noted. The lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 6 mAh. The price is $ 180.

The second generation Wired Nest Cam is similar to the familiar Nest Cam IQ. At the same time, it records 1080p video at 30 fps, has a night vision function, a magnetic base, water protection (IP57), improved detection of people, animals and parcels. It is priced at $ 100, making it Google’s most affordable wired camera.

The Spotlight Nest Cam combines a wired Nest Cam with two powerful light sources. Offered for $ 280.

The $ 180 Google Nest Doorbell (battery) offers an improved camera with a 145-degree wide angle of view, 6x digital zoom and night vision up to 3 meters. It also provides protection against water (IP57), HD recording at 30 fps, noise reduction function, improved face recognition.
