The fan’s visit to the show was organized by the NGO Der Wünschewagen, which fulfills the wishes of terminally ill people.
In an interview with TMZ, Jenni Smith said that “the moment when Nick stood next to me and sang this wonderful song was very emotional. I never believed this moment would come”.
