According to the announcement, the total price amounted to € 15,231,213, was repaid in full at the time of signing the share purchase agreement and was financed by long-term borrowing.
The main activity of AEP KEFALARIOU SA is the purchase, sale, rental and in general the exploitation of real estate.
AEP KEFALARIOU SA is the owner and lessor of the property on which the production facilities and offices of the company PGNIKAS SA are located.
According to the financial data of 2020, AEP KEFALARIOU SA did not employ staff, had a share capital of € 144,000, a net worth of € 17,458,285 and zero debt.
With this acquisition, the property of Agios Stefanos becomes the property of the NIKAS Group, which now has the full possibility of expanding and modernizing its production facilities.
