The former minister is proposed as a non-executive member of the Board Haris Pampoukisa University Professor, eminent jurist and former minister, who joins the powerful team that takes over the next day of the construction company.
The proposal for the new Board also includes Konstantinos Chatzipanagiotiss (Non-Executive Member) chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO of Aegean Baltic Bank, n Antigone Yokari (Non-Executive Member) executive with many years of experience in the management of construction projects and former executive of AKTOR, the Nikolaos Vougioukas (Independent Non-Executive Member) economist and long-time executive of Greek and international banks, the Efstathios Tsotsoros (Independent Non-Executive Member) professor emeritus of Panteion University, Electrical-Mechanical Engineer and, among others, former President and CEO of ELPE, the Athanasios Schizas (Independent Non-Executive Member), electrical engineer and, among others, former CEO of “GAIA OSE” and “EGNATIA ODOS SA” and the Panagiotis Antivalidis (Independent Non-Executive Member), civil engineer elected member of the TEE delegation.
It is noted that in the nine-member Board of Directors, eight members of the Board of Directors are non-executive and of these four members are independent, exceeding good corporate governance practices for the formation of upgraded Boards of Directors in listed companies with a majority of non-executive and independent members.
