«Great. Especially because I felt a big mutual hug: the fans were so many. I knew I was loved, but I didn’t imagine that much. I never take anything for granted and even today, despite my 35-year career, everything is an achievement. I am enthusiastic like a little girl, I almost never feel tired and I thank every day for living the dream I had as a child and which, with difficulty, I conquered. I live every day on the set as if it were the first ».
Precisely for this reason, it must not have been easy to leave the set momentarily.
«I am a freelancer: today I am, tomorrow who knows. We actors follow a shifts, and this year the editorial line decided that my character would go out for a while. It wasn’t a problem, but keeping the fans at bay wasn’t easy. When Marina’s last scene went on the air, with her taking her bags, she crosses Roberto and the flashbacks start, many felt orphans: no one had prepared the public for this detachment, no interviews had come out, nothing ».

“I wrote it for them, to set the record straight. Someone played it and wrote that I was fired, but nothing is true. I thank everyone, including Costanzo who dedicated an episode of his column to Marina. I felt pampered.
