Nine awards for Attica Group at the Tourism Awards 2022

Attica Group, parent company of SUPERFAST FERRIES, BLUE STAR FERRIES and HELLENIC SEAWAYS, is pleased to announce its award with 9 awards at the Tourism Awards 2022 organized by Boussias Communications.

At the awards ceremony held on Monday, May 9, Attica Group was awarded 1 Platinum, 1 Gold, 4 Silver and 3 Bronze awards.

Platinum Award in the category “Sustainability & Covid-Safe Practices & Services” to protect our employees and passengers from the Covid-19 pandemic.

Gold award in the category “Travel Destinations – Tourist Attractions” and specifically “Loyalty Programs – Loyalty Programs”, for the service level innovation of the Seasmiles Loyalty Program of Attica Group.

Silver award in the category “Innovation” and in particular “Innovative model of operation or service” for the railway cards of Attica Group EURAIL & INTERRAIL Greek Islands Pass that provide flexibility to their owners as they combine two different means of transport, train and ship and from one island to another (hop-on , hop-off) with the presentation of only one card, without additional financial burden.

Silver award in the category “Branding / Media / Public Relations” and specifically “Content marketing strategy” for the Presentation of Destinations & Ideas for Road Trips (travel by car) in combination with the ship on the line Greece-Italy with Superfast Ferries.

Silver award in the category “Digital Tourism & Technology” and specifically “Use of Virtual reality // Augmented reality” for the use of AI Chatbot for a personalized customer service experience and a network of partner agencies.

Silver award in the category “Branding / Media / Public Relations” and specifically “Integrated communication campaign” for the Blue Star Ferries campaign.

Bronze award in the category “Digital Tourism & Technology” and specifically “Online strategy” for the online strategy of Blue Star Ferries through a wide range of internet channels.

Bronze Award in the category “Sustainability & Covid-Safe Practices & Services” and specifically “Initiatives for environmental protection / Awareness raising / Monitoring of environmental indicators” for the organization of the “Bluestarino Festival”, the 1st Nomadic Children’s Festival in the Aegean.

Bronze award in the category “Use of Virtual reality // Augmented reality” and specifically “Social media presence” for the presence of Hellenic Seaways on social networks.
