Nine people who were arrested were executed on accusing that they were planning an Islamic state attack on Iran

Iran executed nine people who were, as he announced, members of the Islamic State reported today by state media. These men were arrested in early 2018 during clashes that killed three members of the Revolutionary Guards. The nine detainees, whose nationalities were not announced, were referred to the “Moharegech” – an Islamic term which means war against God – armed uprising and possession of war weapons. State media reported that they were members of a group of several Islamic State fighters identified by the revolution guards after crossing the western border of Iran with the intention of attacking Iranian territory. The arrests took place months after the bloody attack carried out by the Islamic State in the Iranian Parliament in Tehran and the Mausoleum of the founder of the Islamic Republic Ayatollah Ruholhah Khomeini.
