THE Rio-Sao Paulo bridge will be more appetizing: the Italian Nino Cucina and the mediterranean from Marino, both under the responsibility of chef Rodolfo de Santis land on ipanema until the end of this year.
the opening of Nino in the state capital is scheduled for mid-September and should follow the successful mold of the matriarch house in Itaim Bibi, in São Paulo.
Along with classics from chef Rodolfo’s cuisine, such as cacio and pepe and Carbonarathe menu also features new pastas and other special recipes, such as spaghetti with zucchini and mascarpone flowers, which will be on the menu in Rio as well as in São Paulo.
“We understand that Nino created a very strong concept in São Paulo and Brazil and we chose the city that most represents the country in the world, Rio de Janeiro, to be our first expansion concept for the Famiglia Nino Group”, says the chef in communicated.
The restaurant is made up of exposed bricks that refer to the classic Italian canteen and the kitchen is completely open to the lounge.

Da Marino: Southern Italy on the Rio coast

Last August, Nino Cucina completed seven years since its opening on Jerônimo da Veiga street, in Itaim Bibi, in São Paulo. It is Famiglia Nino’s first venture and its success has led to the group’s growth over the years.
THE house receives about 17 thousand people per month and is one of the most popular Italian restaurants in the city of São Paulo.
