According to a source, Nissan is developing a seven-seater version of the Magnite subcompact crossover, which is the cheapest representative of this class of cars in the manufacturer’s lineup.
According to Autocar India, despite the addition of a third row of seats, there will be no significant changes to the design and construction of the model. The overall dimensions of the Nissan Magnite are as follows: length – 3994 mm, width – 1758 mm, height – 1572 mm, wheelbase length – 2500 mm, ground clearance – 205 mm.

Additional seats are planned to be added due to the maximum displacement of the rear sofa to the trunk lid and reducing the volume of the luggage compartment. The new Nissan Magnite variant will be able to compete in India with the new 4125mm long Kia Sonet, which has already received a three-row version.
The range of engines of the new version of Nissan Magnite will remain the same. The base model will receive a 1-liter three-cylinder petrol engine with 70 hp, as well as a 5-speed manual gearbox. The older version will receive a 95-horsepower engine of the same size and a CVT. The drive can only be front.
In India, the price of a car is from $6,500.
