The FTSE did not reserve any changes for the share of PPC, which after the capital increase and the entry of new shares on November 17, 2021, remains with the same weight in the indices.
It is recalled that last week, with an extraordinary announcement, MSCI added PPC to the MSCI Standard index, with a validity date of November 17th. The integration was something to be expected, as it was associated with the increase of the Company’s capital and the improvement of its valuation by 1.35 billion euros.
PPC’s share also participates in the FTSE All – World, MPF All – World, Global Mid Cap and Emerging indices. So the only thing that changes is the number of shares traded at 382 million, from 232 million before the increase.
